Intoxicating Love

Round and round my swirling thoughts overpower my will to resist the urge to fall on my face. My pounding heart burst from my chest. The anticipation is more than my body and soul can stand.

In order to fight bordom learn something new. Whether it's a new hobby or a better method to cut your grass. Try something new! Or have a dose of solitude!

Split Your Rocks

What are you facing today? Has the looming mountain of dispair overshadowed the lush valley? If so, smell your deliverance from your arid spiritual existance. Jesus Christ is able to do this:

He split the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink in abundance like the depths. He also brought streams out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers. Psalm 78: 15, 16

Fatherless

This hedonistic society breeds uncertainity. Most families either have one parent or both parents absent from parental involment. Have no fear! Your advocate is watching and waiting to provide for your everyday need. Take your dose! Enjoy this day! Because?

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Psalm 37: 23

Sufficient

Are you ready to face todays troubles? Or, are you still carrying yesterday's baggage? Each day, another situation stirs our hearts and tries are patience. Often we fret about future things that never happen. So, take a dose of todays wisdom and kiss your future worries goodbye.

Day 9
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6: 34

Intestinal Fortitude

There are some days that try my patience. Either it's a traffic jam or a whiny child, both drive me nuts. Each day your enemy tries different ways to drive you nuts. So, beware! Take strength
from the following dose. Go! Live this day with strength and sanity. Because tomorrow is another day.

Day 8
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6: 13

Self Deception

It is easily done. One little lie upon another lie and before you know it your mind is tainted. What we think influences every action. If you desire happiness, smile until you feel it. Self deception involves the wrong motives applied with a twist. Honest talk about your circumstances hinders self deception. So, talk honestly with yourself and with Jesus Christ. Then apply your daily dose of wisdom to all your situations.

Day 7
For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

Tied Up In Knots

We have all been there. Our day started with loafty ambitions. Wham! Trouble knocked at our door. On the heels of each new adventure our daily schedules slowly eroded our well laid plans. So, what do you and I do?

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; do not fret - it only causes harm. Psalm 37: 8
