Abundant Living

We all admit from time to time that lightness of heart is difficult in todays society. Rumors of conflicts beyond our control or shortages of oil make or break our future happiness. Or does it?
Today you decide which attitude rules your heart - affliction or a continual feast. If you need some help, take your dose of happiness.

Day 4
All the days of the afflicted are evil, but he who is of a merry heart has a continual feast.

Smile! Life is worth living when you know the giver of life.

Treasures

From time to time our minds fantasize about a long forgotten treasure map. Where the X marks the spot to a barried chest chuck full of diamonds, emeralds, and GOLD. Let me enlighten you to a treasure far greater and closer than a long forgotten treasure map.

Day 3
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Repeat several times today this dose of wisdom. Your new mindset will take you places that hide the true and lasting treasure.

Foolishness

Glad to have you back. Are you ready for the second dose of sensable reality? If so, take a moment and reflex on your self talk. Is it a healthy and encouraging message to your soul? The problem with most of us is this: We often do and say foolish things. Before the words leave our mouths, the damage is done. If you are like me, before you put your foot in your mouth take your dose of sensability.

Day 2
The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt. They have done abominable works. There is none who does good.

Enjoy your dose of reality. Repeat it often until your soul and spirit soars.

Accountability

The hidden danger in our hearts isn't a roaming blood clot or high chlorestorol. NO! The danger to your physical well being is spiritual. What you and I say to ourselves on a daily basis effects the course of our future life. Our hearts dictate more than our physical well being. If this is so, what you and I need is a daily dose of spiritual medicine. Enjoy your first dose. Come back tomorrow for your second dose.
